This data is used for security, rate-limiting, and to ensure the proper functioning of our services.
• Client and IP Information: For security purposes such as preventing spam and abuse, we collect your IP address and assign a unique client token to your application instance to manage login and registration rate limits.
• Financial Data: All financial information related to payments and subscriptions is processed by our third-party payment processor, Chapa. We do not collect or store any financial information on our servers.

• Account Information: You can review and update your account information at any time within the profile section of the Application.
• Account Termination: You may delete your account at any time from the profile section. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases.

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 13, please contact us using the contact information provided below.

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Formula - Analytics and Prediction App (the "Service") operated by Formula ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 13 and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

• The Service offers access to premium features through paid subscriptions. All subscriptions are one-time purchases and are valid for a period of four (4) months from the date of purchase.
• All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor (Chapa). We do not store your payment card details.
• Refund Policy: All payments made for subscriptions are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason.
• Gifting: You may purchase a subscription as a gift for another user by providing their email address. Upon successful payment, the recipient will be granted the subscription. As a reward for gifting, the purchaser will receive the same subscription plan for themselves, free of charge.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. You may not:

• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Formula and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Ethiopia and foreign countries.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so via the profile section in the Application.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Formula, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms within the Application and updating the "Last Updated" date.
